Hello, I've been playing around with plug-ins and PSP, and I would very much appreciate comments, opinions, stuff like that, on one or more of these pictures:

Thank you very much,

Ursula

Hi uabresch. I like all three. The first two are my fa-v's. The bottom one is good also, but maybe a bit much on the face. Maybe masking out the face, or decreasing the affect on the face..? They're good. The buildings look awesome and the color is perfect. These are nice. You should put them up for prints I think they'd do well.

Of the three, I like the girl the best. I think the texture part is too defined. If you are using psp try it on it's own layer, soften, and try the lighten or darken blend mode and about 75% opacity.
The egg is one I've seen in your portfolio before. Good job. For some reason, the partial fork on the left bothers me. Maybe because there isn't enough of it in the picture. Other than that, I like it.
I don't know what you did to your cityscape, so I'll not say anything about it. Did you add the stars? What program did you use?

Of the three the egg shot is the least 'gimmicky' although a little too effected witht he grain filter. The first two are more artisitic in composition too, while the latter is a bit too much like a Painter-style filter and I find myself wanting to see the photo more than the effect.

I'm intrigued by the first shot - what was the photo originally and what was done?

The original was a daytime shot, on a hazy Summer day, the sky looked almost completely white. Otherwise, I changed the perspective some, changed the white sky to black, and added stuff to the black. Does it look totally dumb?

No. Not at all. I love how the one side(?) of the right building has that fade out swirl on it. Really intriguing. The other two things I'm not so sure of, but they look like they could be space ships or something like that!
