Hello,

My 80-200mm f2.8 ED will be in tomorrow. Will I like it?

Thats too bad I got a 70-300 4-5.6G I would have traded for straight up. It has a longer zoom then yours but I am nice guy and wouldn't make you put any extra cash for it. :P

Hey I actully had that 4 - 5.6 for a while...I kept ebaying and upgrading until I reached my 80-200 2.8 !

That 70-300 is pretty good...need much light though....

Hell fricken YEAH! I have the AF-S version and you will have to pry it from my cold, dead hands...

Yeah I like mine too, although I don't use it that much but its great to have around, and only gets soft really after 200 mm or so. Congrats on the new lens!

YAY I can finally join in on one of these threads lol!!!
Hey is it bad to just leave the lense on or should i take it off and put the caps back on after i use it? (Thats if i can get the lense off lol)

Leave it on unless you need to change it. Less dust that way.

I always leave my lens on the camera.

Taking it on an off just increases the likelihood of getting dust in it. Plus if you take it off then you have to put it on and in a quickly emerging photo op you need to be ready at all times ;)

First shots were in an auditorium watching a play lit only by stage lights, no spot lights....every shot came out .....some were OVEREXPOSED !!!
