Hey everyone,
I put some of my pictures on //MariaCosta.instantlogic.com but I have no one to show to (besides mom and dad, but those will always say everything I do is great). I'd love to receive comments and suggestions. That's the best way of learning, in my opinion.
Thanx!

Some nice work there! I really like the slide one and the one with the ice hanging from the house. I'd really like to see a color version of the slide though because they are usually made in such bright colors!

Hi mecfcosta;
Nice shots. The sunflower was especial. I´ think that the Dog must apear in photo. The shaddow can be enfathised with other light angles. The "panorama" from Rio de Janeiro is pretty, good angle, unfortunately the weather don´t help you, some atmosferic conditions can blows a picture.
You are Brasilian?

Thank you guys, for your opinions. I really helps.
Yes, the picture from Rio was not taken with the best weather condition, but Rio is always beautiful, isn't it? :) I'm from there, as you can assume.
The slide one was actually originally in color, but I had to use that for a project with only B&W pictures, and I didn't save the color one. :(

I´m a Brasilian too, from Porto Alegre-RS. Nice to meet you here. From where are the photos with snow?
In your slide photo you can use natural light efects. Positioning the camera to acquire the light rays that deflects on ice, using some macro, if available. Only a hint to you next time in snowing places. I like so much of snow... but is so white. Then you need to "broke the ice" and do something more special, or after 15 photos you will be tired of white on screen. :)

GoodEnd, I live in Vermont, US. I'm in a college here, on my third year. Yeah, snow is a tough object, especially because my camera has no optical viewfinder, so it's extremely hard to take pictures if it is a bright day with snow. But it's fun. :) Thank you for the tips.
