Having a great time with the new cam, and decided to stop taking the same old, same old. Looking for new perspectives, new ideas, and different ways of looking at things. Bla, bla, bla....

Anyway, these are a few examples of my recent works. I'd love to know what people think. Thanks.

Mario

I really like the staircase image. Great colour and compostion.

Thought I'd give you a hand with the thumbs. ((no need to have them twice!) <>

Thanks. How did you do the thumbs? The link in the forums didn't work, and I can't remeber the shortcut.

Never mind, I found it

In the [thumb] tags you only put the number, not the whole URL

I like the perspectives of the mushroom and the bike rake, seems like you are eye level to each. The mushroom is my favorite I think, the sharpness and clarity are great, lots of detail in the texture of the shroom. I also like the way you captured the water in the fountain.

Hi, I really like the 3rd one (with the bicycle). Nice perspective.

Those are really good shots, can't find anything to criticise except maybe in the spiral, my fav, that the whites might be a tad overexposed, they don't have much texture. Maybe it's just my monitor, or maybe that's the way it really looks in real life. But I can't help thinking that a little more definition in the prominant white spaces might be better. The border is very appropriate to the image.
