Just going through my pics from my trip to New York a couple of months ago.
Basically just snaps as I bought the camera while I was there and only had 1 day to play with it .... thanks to that amazing power outage, boy was that an experience! *laugh*
Anyway, one fun one I took. Maybe titled "The good (cops), the bad (biker chick), and the ugly (oops, the cops again).

lol..not a bad photo. I couldn't imagine a power outage while staying there. Must have been awesome!

Power outage hit as I was coming through the airport, thankfully on my way in.
Took a couple of days for everything to settle back again, which meant that rather than have my new camera for my stay there I got it the day before I left :(
New York in pitch blackness was unreal. The atmosphere was bizarre, almost party like when people realised it was nothing more sinister than a blackout.
Lots of police around ... hence got lucky with this one. Not a good shot but a fun one :)
Personally I think they stood there deliberately ;)
