Hi everyone,

I'm in Michigan, and I've seen the Northern Lights quite a few times. Unfortunately, I've never gotten photos of them. Well, I'm not sure of cloud cover tonite (hopefully I"ll be able to see/photograph them), but I thought I'd throw this out in case anyone has time and is interested...

I'm in Michigan too. I'm going to try and get some shots tonight. lets hope for clear skys!!

One site I have found useful for space-related photo opportunities, particularly aurora is NASA's Spaceweather site. Some of the information is a bit more technical, but doesn't get filtered through the media. You can also sign up for email notifications of major events.
