Help! My husband bought a hard drive so I can free up space on our family computer. He copied all the folders and collections from Elements 5 organizer. The HD automatically put them in psa format, but elements won't READ psa. A little research showed this is a common problem. I have not found how to retrieve them yet. Anyone have this happen?

It looks like those are Photoshop album files. Do you have PS Album installed? You may be able to export them from there.

No, just organizer that came with Elements5. I had just put the photos in "collections", part of the organizer. Adobe help page has a thread with lots of people experiencing the same with PSE3&4. I will keep searching to see if anyone found how to retrieve them. (I needed to start fresh anyway, no great pics in my files...)

I was wondering how to transfer the info from the PSE3 organizer to another computer myself...anyone have any ideas on how to do this?
