I have a picture that I took but just when I push the shutter someone bumped me and the picture came out blurry. Help? Can you use photoshop to take it out?
(with in basic Challenge rules)

If you have Photoshop CS2, the Smart Sharpen, drop-down & use motion blur and adjust the plane to match the motion in the picture is about all that can be done, but without seeing it, we have no way of knowing. That is legal in basic by the way, and if you are considering using it in a challenge, don't post it here either.

With that much blur, the result of trying to remove it is going to look very ugly.

The ghost guy can be removed, but she's not going to get very cleaned up no matter what the program. Kinda' cool the way it is though - bet it would look even better in b&w.

I think it's beyond any reasonable attempt to make it sharp.

It can be improved, but will never be very good.
Here's a 20 minute edit:

Blur is one of those things that is a lot easier to put in than take out (kind of like blown out highlights)

You try soaking it out, even scrubbing it out...

I tried this product and it removed the blur, but there were side effects...
