Here it is, what you've been waiting for! ;-)

The First Scavenger Hunt Speed Photo Challenge
Photo Requirements: Entry must be one photograph which includes all of these items:
- a desklamp
- a milk carton
- a ball

Format: Square, with a red or reddish border
Colour: Must be in colour
Title: A silly Latinate title*

Entry: Only one entry per person, to be posted in this thread. If you post an entry and decide to change it, just edit your post with the new image number (or off-site link) and say you've replaced it. Open to all registerd members of dpc. Non-members must post a small thumbnail (not the full-sized pic) linked to their photo on a different website.
For dpc portfolio photos, please link this thread in your photo details.

Submission deadline: One hour after rollover on Sunday. (This is Monday afternoon for me ;-))

Judging: I (Pug-h) will not make comments on the entries until after the posting deadline. The one I like the best is the winner.

The Winner: The Winner will take the mantle of judge and arbiter. He/she will start a new thread in this forum ("The Second Scavenger Hunt etc."), set the photo requirements (subject, colour, format, allowable post-processing, etc) and timing - then judge the entries. The winner of the Second Hunt will set the third challenge, and so on.

*Note* A silly Latinate title would be in the vein of "Titlus latinatus" or "Fotografica ridiculosi". (There are rules for Latin titles but they can safely be ignored in this case as we're not a scientific classifications community.) [Are you familiar with Roadrunner cartoons? That kind if thing...]

I was about to bump it myself, before I go off to my evening class. I guess it will need a fair few bumps before really get off the ground ;-)

Yes, more things are okay, but those three must be included.

Great idea Pug-H! Can we assume that "Advanced" editing rules apply?

Yes, as long as it's only one photograph.

I think it'll be a last minute rush so that everyone can keep there's a secret. :)

Just in case you haven't seen...

My one remaining desk lamp went bye-bye yesterday and the last of the soymilk was used day before yesterday. I do have a cat play toy somewhere around here that's round... :-)

Maybe the next one!

Can the item be 'disassembled' or do they have to be whole?
(I know, weird question!)
