hi everyone, i've been thinking so it would be fair to all, that, what if everyone should create a criteria for judging, coz it seems to me, some might win the challenge for the theme but not really a good photo quality(i mean on an artistic point of view) others only vote for theme and if it fits right, they give a high score but neglecting to see the true ART nature of the photo, lets say if we give criteria and wrie it on the photo comment, we could then all see our flaws, and it would really be very helpful, for example, u rate a photograph 10 because it perfectly meets the challenge's theme but in some aspect it just looks like a mere snapshot and not very good quality picture, so u give it a 4, but the color combination is okay, so u give it a 7, and lets say the depth of field is almost perfect giving it a 9 and the sharpness and contrast is not so good with just a score of 5, then u add all the scores 10+4+7+9+5 and divide it tinto 5 areas having a score of 7.then u can have a vote of seven for that certain photo, coz i think getting a one for any picture submitted on this challenge is truely unfair to anyone because there are other aspects that should be consider when judging whether a photograph is goor or not. thank you.
