So sorry for you, it's 2 years ago next week since passed away and I still miss her.

But, as far as I know, all dogs go to heaven.

It is so very hard to lose such a friend - one who always accepts us as we are. What a sweetie he was and I am glad he had you on earth :)

I know how painful it is. We lost our little Tootie Oct 2, 1986 and I still miss her.

Dogs add so very much to our lives.

My thoughts are with you.

Sorry to hear that. We lost our beloved dog this spring, too. We still cannot get over it. So we truly understand your pain...

Dog heaven is where bad squirrels go.

awww Sander, my heart truly is with you. I lost my dear friend Max to heart failure just a little over a month ago. In time the empty feeling gets better, but there is always that spot in your heart that no other can fill.
The photos are a wonderful tribute. If you are having your friend privately cremated, and getting his remains back, you can purchase a nice shadow box style photo urn online that this collage would look very nice in. Email me if you would like the details.

been there sooo many times.... i sit there balling my eyes out and thinking "what am i doing, it's just a dog!!!"... but its so amazing what a dog can do for our lives.... and they don't even know they're doing it!!!! they give us an unconditional friendship that we can never get from humans. i'm very very sorry for your loss and it is oh so very true that all dogs go to heaven :) :) :)

Thanks all, @shutterplug we barried him in our backyard, my sister didn't want him to be cremated (so did we all). So we called the animaldoc and asked if that was ok, and he said yes.. so on his grave we have his toys layed down, and my dad is going to make a stone with his date of birth and death on it..
