I came across this note today and for the life of me, cannot find out which country's currency this is. Can anyone tell me?

Dang, I was gonna get there. I thought the writing look cyrillic and the art looked byzantine. |

Although I'm going to disagree and say it could be from Uzbekistan...
Turkey has the Lira. Uzbek has the "som" (close to "cym). |

From my limited knowledge of Cyrillic, I can read the first word as Uzbekistan. |
