I came across this note today and for the life of me, cannot find out which country's currency this is. Can anyone tell me?

Dang, I was gonna get there. I thought the writing look cyrillic and the art looked byzantine.

Although I'm going to disagree and say it could be from Uzbekistan...

Turkey has the Lira. Uzbek has the "som" (close to "cym).

From my limited knowledge of Cyrillic, I can read the first word as Uzbekistan.
