I was just hoping to see what y'all thought. She is a WONDERFUL singer, and a pretty lady! Her voice is like silk. Look under my, myspace profile at www.myspace.com/briansnairb She really is talented. I LOVED al the new pix too! There a few that I think twice about, But I wanted to get some input? Thanks in advance!

How about thumbs instead. :D

Photobucket generates them -- may as well use them. :D

David <-- [hopes he got the right images with each thumb}

Her poise and attitude really shine thru -- you did a great job.

I'm especially liking these two:

I'm not a fan of the processing - it's noisier than it is grainy, her skin goes orange in a few, and the ones that are smooth look unnaturally plastic. Try to find some balance. And I'm not crazy about the tilted shots as it doesn't feel like the tilt adds anything. She's pretty and spunky so let her come through and don't worry so much about gimmicky techniques.

WOW! My favorites are these:

Love those eyes. Wish they were a tad sharper. Don't know if you missed the focus or if the sharpness was lost when you reduced the size. You might want to go back and apply a touch of selective USM just around the eyes.

It's just a nitpick but on the bw photo it looks like the focus is on her nose, note her eyes.

It's funny the things that grab your attention through this site.
For me it's eyes !
I was watching a hindu movie the other night - the usual aspects of a movie - room shots, wide landscapes etc. Occassionaly - a glimmer of the main actress' eyes - dark brown surrounding hazel. My immediate reaction - wow ! I would love to be able to take some close up stills of this girls eyes.
Nice shots parrothead. I agree with David's comments tho - the eye shots do it for me but could be a tad sharper. Nicely done tho.

Thanks for the comments. It seems that I did lose some of the sharpness on the size reduction. I did overprocess these a bit, but thats whatshe was looking for. I normally just go for a simple duo-tone myself. I am going to go through them again for my own portfolio,and re-touch them the way thatI would like to see them. Thanks again, an sorry for the big shots.

I love the color and texture of many of them - great location for photos, too!
Excellent shots. I just notice the lack of eye focus on the last shot. Great job!

7.jpg and 3.jpg are my favs, though the focus is out a bit on 3 - Should be on the eyes not the glasses... Good job though!
