I would approciate if some one could give me an example of this challenge?

Simple things that bring you peace or happiness and don't necessarily cost you a bunch of money.

I would look here for ideas. Indulgence. A lot of those images would fit this challenge well. Of course like with every challenge you could just shoot a stunning landscape and I'm sure it'll do well also. :)

I know what you mean! :0P

I'm in but personally I didn't like the terms of the challenge- it seems odd that it says to 'make us say Yeah, I'd like THAT!' but the idea of a simple pleasure is sorta contradicting when put in that way...

What might be a simple pleasure to one might not be to another, to some getting a flash car might be a simple pleasure yet others might find that a humble meal in front of them might be a simple pleasure, i expect there will be lots of different meanings to simple pleasure afterall both examples above would get the response "Yeh I'd like that"

My first foray into "prop photography". Will I find that I like it, or will I continue to mock the field as shallow and artificial.... only time will tell. :)

Im in.

I'm in. It is the most time and effort I have put into a challenge. Most of the time when I do a set up shot I get lazy and let things go. This time I spent much more effort in trying to get it right. Unfortunatly I wasn't able to figure out how to fix some things and it kinda sucks. I predict a 4.8 :(

It's says in the challenge description it should be something we all say "yea I'd like that" so here is what I would have shot if I could find one.

Hasselblad H2D-39 39 megapixels

I had the same type of thinking.
