Are there any sites out there that offer free templates I could use to build a website? I want to be able to customize it a lot, but I'd like to have a strong base there to start with. I'm not that good with code, and I really don't understand programs like dreamweaver, and I also can't afford to buy anything really.
Am I just out of luck, or are there sites available? |

EvrSoft First Page is an excellent free HTML editor. They just released an updated version not too long ago, and it's the bomb diggity. It has beginner, intermediate and advanced interfaces, so you can customize it to your comfort level. The preview window is very handy. I especially like that it color codes the tags so you can easily find the code you're looking for and that, unlike the great evil known as FrontPage, it doesn't try to rewrite your code for you.
First Page download website w/ software info
