I need someplace that will take care of order fulfillment for me, probably just once. I'm just looking to provide a bunch of event prints at cost. I started with clickimage.com but they apparently require a minimum of 13% markup and I'm not interested in charging $2 for a 4x6 for this occasion. I'd really prefer to use someplace that's free if possible and ideally, one that I can integrate with my own domain. I know many people like smugmug but I don't foresee needing to do this very often and can't really justify a year's subscription. Any suggestions?

I use KodakGallery.com, and their quality is good enough - not much discernible difference between them and DPCPrints, really. Just be sure to turn off Zoom & Trim and the color correction option.

I like winkflash.com. They're prices are really good. They only charge $1 shipping no matter how big the order is. I send all of my sports print orders through them.

Edit:
I don't think I read your original post very well. The customers don't order thru winkflash. They order thru photoreflect.com and I use winkflash to fulfill the orders.

Okay, thanks for the photoreflect recommendation. I had signed up with them earlier but then given up prior to the software installation. I'll work on that. :)

How do you choose them as a printer? Do you submit manually? I don't see them on the list of options but maybe I just haven't spent enough time with this yet.

After the customer submits the order, photoreflect sends us an email with a list of the pictures purchased and their sizes (and other options) together with the mailing address of the customer. We then edit the pictures as necessary and then upload them to winkflash and pay for the order, but have winkflash ship directly to the customer. Then we tell photoreflect that we have fulfilled the order.

It's cheap and effective.

By the way, for my wedding customers, I use smugmug. Smugmug takes the order and now sends me an email to tell me what was ordered. I have opted for a 7 day proofing period. During that time I can edit and reupload the image. After that smugmug prints and ships the order.

I like the quality of smugmug better. But it's a little more expensive than winkflash.

Good lord. Photoreflect is total nachos. Maybe I'd better try again tomorrow.
