Ok, Trog and 2001 A Space Odessey are iffy but Encino Man? Why not George of the Jungle? The other one I forgot about was Iceman.
I don't count these movies because it is more like an "Alien in a Strange Land" deal. Let's stick with period pieces. |

It has to be Quest For Fire
The Clan of the CaveBear is a very great book (and so is the series) but the movie s... well I won't say the word.
