I'm looking for a PHP - mysql programmer for a project. Being a poor college kid I cant afford much, so i'm looking for someone who would like to use it for their portfolio while being paid a fair price. I need a system where users can register (and be verified) then they can put an entry in a database, that entry will be assigned a serial number. They should only be able to edit their own entries, however all of the entries should be search-able by serial number by any user. I want to keep it simple so it should not be too much work.
