I'm pretty much new at photography and using photoshop, this site is great for tutorials and tips for using such programs and it has helped me a lot with my photography so far.
I have this photo which unfortunately has a bit of lens flare in the top left corner, and although I can crop it out, I would kind of like to retain the overall size and dimensions. Sorry if this is a bit of an ignorant question, I'm new here to the forums... is there a way in which it can be edited out?

| Can you clone it out? Or select it and neutralize it with levels? These are two useful methods that come to mind. |

| The healing brush might work depending on how strong the flare is. |

| If it's in an area with little other detail cloning it out would be fairly simple. |

| Remember that removing the lens flare may not be legal for entries. |

Thanks for the suggestions. It's too large an area for me to clone it (maybe someone with more ability could but as I said, I'm a bit of a beginner), but the healing brush is working great. Thanks a lot! :D
edit: yep, I'm not planning to use it for an entry in anything, jsut for my personal collection.
