I am getting a lot of questions regarding my fairy/angel wings. Because the site doesn't alert commenters of replies and to save me having to reply to each PM and email that I get, I thought I would explain the process here.

My Angel images are made using wings that I created on the computer using photos of feathers as well as digital drawing. Each set of wings are then individually altered for each image. Here are some examples.

My Fairy images were creating using Cicada wings and scanning them onto the computer and then manipulating them.

I hope that answers some questions.

Thanks for the info on how you did these.
I think I might try my hand at it, just 'cause I'm curious to see if I can do it.
I'm not promising to show any photos, though, since I have the sneaky suspicion they'll turn out like sh!t.
