Guys, This is my first shot of fireworks after i brought my canon SLR
I would really say some fireworks photography tips on internet helped me a lot

Those are excellent! I had my first shot at them this year also.

I'll have to say you did much better than I lol. Looks like it was a great show too!

Nice shots Shanky. My first shot at fireworks was just the other night with a camera rented for our big Stampede parade. Didn't go well AT ALL. What with a cheapo tripod made for p&s's and with the wind I ended up with good squiggly but clear shots. Kinda funny really.

But yours, nice!

The show was great and it was in riverfront district of Minneapolis,
tho it wasnt good like last yrs.
Actually i got kinda awkward position in the crowd and didnt get the whole sky of fireworks from its base.
