Hello, everyone!
Congrats to all of the top finishers for the Glass (With a twist) contest... there were some exceptional shots.
Now, I'm somewhat disappointed with my score for the challenge... nearly all of the comments I received were quite positive, but I fell short of my goal to improve my score with each challenge. For most of this challenge, this scored below a 5, and at the challenge's end it came up to a flat 5.
So, I'd appreciate some constructive criticisim; why don't you think this is worthy of anything above a 5?
My biggest gripe with the photo is that the sky isn't quite "smooth" enough. Is this just not dpc friendly?

i liked your shot, and i might be speaking out of line here, but here's my thought...
if people breezed through the voting they may not have even seen the image. it took me awhile to figure out what i was looking at-- like the positive and negative space were reversed-- it almost looked like a large silver pot on the right side... can you see it? i think that may have been the cause for some of your lower votes. but i really liked your take on the challenge... you beat me! :) (but, wait, that's not saying much.)
