actually, not many people will be able to participate I don't think. It ends tomorrow at midnight va/mi time. Which on the west coast is like 9, and I don't think it's dark there yet, so it might just be quite limited even for those who have firework celebrations on the 4th.
A lot around here were on the 3rd (don't know why) So yeah, I missed out too. No one here to kiss either. |

ahem... The fireworks don't start til 9 on the left coast...the way I'm reading this is the voting starts at 12:00AM Eastern which is 9 over here in Cali.
What's the scope SC?

| This is going to be GREAT! I just got a few tonight, but its going to be TIGHT for tomorrow night in getting the shot in on time! Mine go off pretty late, around 9pm and then the long track home from where I want to go and shoot them. Then editing and submitting before 11pm my time! WOW! I was hoping for a fireworks challenge though :) Thanks DPC! No matter what I am sure to enjoy all the eye candy! |

Well, it's sort of dark here. The fog has rolled into San Francisco as is usual in July. So, the fireworks will be up there, most likely entertaining any seagulls who happen to be awake. |

Well, I'm not so sure we'll get to enjoy a lot of eye candy ..... either it will be a VERY small challenge, or a lot of not-really-fireworks shots in it. |

I don't know why the hell did the challenge maker did this for one day... thats bad for real... it must be like a month challenge or at least a week.... not a day...
I guess... he was planning to go on 4th at fireworks so he decided to make it that way...

Doubt it - I am on the east coast and ours don't start until 10-ish - by the time I got out of the crazyness, it would be too late anyway. No biggie... I might just take some pics anyway :-) |
