| I can't believe after the Bokeh challenge we are now going to be thrust into a 500 entry (most likely, if not more) FLOWER challenge! ARRRRR! |

Oh dear. I suck at shooting flowers. But I think this means I can practice, right?
For those that haven't read the whole description, it's quite good:
"It's possibly the most reviled topic in DPC; not a week goes by without someone bemoaning the preponderance of flowers in one challenge or another. So let's get 'em out of our system! Your challenge is simple; shoot a flower or flowers. Indoors, outdoors, blooming or fading, pressed between the pages of a book, we don't care, as long as FLOWERS are the subject of your photo. Pay attention to the light, and throw your creativity at this one folks!"
Next up - exclusive open challenges - either "Cats" or "Kids". :-) |

| LOL...got to love someones sense of humor... Lucky me that I live on a farm with tons of flowers. I'm down in florida at the moment wonder if anyone has any interesting flowers they know about down here. If not maybe the Cahaba Lily is still in bloom. |

Well, I think that was kind of the point... the fact that everyone has been complaining brought about this challenge, not coincidence.
Someone has a sick sense of humor... haha... but I can't wait to see what comes out of this. |

"WOW".....yes, yes, yes, at long last a "Flower" challenge for us to dabble in.
"Advanced" as well, now thats a "Bonus" for all the flower lovers at DPC.....
I just "LOVE" the "powers to be" at DPC, for giving us this one.....
I can now go and practice to my hearts content, with my new macro lens.....
