I know there are a lot of wedding photographers on this site. And there are many potential wedding photographers.

So I thought how about a thread where the wedding photographers can upload a slideshow of their work samples to give the others some ideas. Also it can be a starting point for the many questions that seem to be flying around about photographing weddings.

So here is mine to start. Please give it time to load...sitting at 7mb it is NOT suitable for dial up. And it is really low res...I hate the quality at that size...so please overlook it.

A Wedding Story

It is a windows media player. I believe there is a download for Mac owners so they can play this type of file. I will try and look for it for you.

Wow, your 'show' is very, very cool! Some great pictures, that aren't the standard. And it looks very neat with the panning etc.

You also have some gorgeous photos on your site. LOVE the blue shot of your daugher (?). Beautiful work!

Thankyou everyone. I don't like doing the 'soldier shots' so always aim for the different angles.

And yes...that is my daughter in the blue shot...lol!!

Judi---what program do you use to make those slide shows? I really like the panning effect. And the pictures are wonderful!

Robert---You have some amazing work as well.

Here is a slide show of the album for my last client.

There are so many things to learn and so many talented people to learn them from here at DPC.

That is very beautifully done. What programme did you use for that show?

I use PhotoStory3 for Windows for the web shows, although the quality annoys me. For the actual show that I hand to the client I use ProShow Producer...although I am having ongoing arguments with ProShow at the moment over a hardware key glitch. But hope to sort that out soon as my clients are starting to bank up.

Judi...Thanks!

I use Gary Fong's album design and album showcase for that presentation. I creates a webpage and then I just add a link to my website, I have been really happy with the results...but this is the first one I have done.
