Do you stop voting once you have hit 20% or do you keep voting until times up?

I vote as much as I can. Usually that is all pics in members challenges (fewer pics there). I usually try to vote all pics in open challenges but sometimes I canĀ“t make it because they can be 250+. |

If I vote for a challenge, I vote for all of them.
However, I can get some vote wrong because with hundreds of pics I have to go very fast.

It used to be that I always voted on 100% of entries..
Now I tend to vote on less, but give comments on more. I will obviously vote on every photo I comment on and will make sure I vote on enough to make those votes count (generally going a fair way beyond 20%).
For most challenges I've noticed there are more votes than entries, so I think my comments would (hopefully) be more appreciated than me whizzing through and given everyone a score. |

I try and vote on all of them. If I have time I'll go through 3 or 4 times. Mostly to comment and to take closer looks at those I want to be sure I've given a fair score to.

I vote on them all. Open challenges take me about 2 hours and member challenges take a little less.
I try to leave 20-30 comments per challenge. |

I vote on all, have rarely commented on all (although I have done that) and comment on highest and others that catch my attention for one reason or another. There are always enough comments that I go back more than once to make sure I like my votes.

I generally start voting and keep going until I've done them all or run out of time to do so. As I go, I comment on any that I have a reaction to or a thought about that I want to share. If I don't have a strongly articulated reason for the vote, I leave it without a comment.
Then I go back at the end of the challenge and try to find the lowest of my uncommented ones, comment those, then do the highest and work my way up and down adding comments until I run out of time or anything I can comment on. Of course, I usually go vote on the other challenge that's voting at the same time before I comment on the ones I have trouble articulating.
There's an exception to the "vote all unless I run out of time". Every so often I encounter a photo that I honestly can't be fair to, because of my reaction to the photo itself (generally negative to the topic). I would rather skip those than give an unfair vote. I don't run into photos like that very often at all, though. |
