Or Propanganda for girls-

Ok, maybe not propaganda, but I took some environmental classes last semester and decided that I should be more earth friendly, and do my part to help out. Don't get me wrong, I am not a hippie or anything, but it does make sense to stop polluting our habitat.

I want to inform everyone possible, I hope no-one is offended at my posting this on DPC.

now, this appealed to me on a non-environmental level, the earth-friendly part was just an added bonus, and I think that it is so awesome, I want to pass the info on to everyone I can.

now, Ladies, are you sick of dealing with tampons and pads? not to mention they are not environmentally sustainable...

What the big corporations don't want you to know about is this awesome device, called a menstrual cup. My friend, (kind of a hippie chick) told me about this and I was so excited to get one and I have been absolutely amazed that it has been everything I had hoped for.

Here are 2 brands, I personally bought the Diva Cup at one of the local organic health food stores and it cost me about $30, but was well worth it as I was previously spending about $10/mo. They can last for about 10 years and you only need one, also adding: you can wear it for up to 12 hours, so overnight too. It is much healthier for your body and much less headache, so much more convenient and leaves that week worry free for me. I love it.

Make sure to check out the testomonials, I found them to all be true, and if you have any questions you want to ask me, feel free to PM me, I will answer anything, I'm not a shy person.

Thanks for checking this out.

That's something new to me.
Anyway, a little off-topic, but I hope they can invent something so that us guys dont have to shave our facial hair so often.

Actually they have. It's called shave minimizing gel. The more you use it the slower the hair will grow back. I've been using it for about a year on my legs and underarms and the difference is amazing. I was buying it for my husband too, but it freaked him out. I think he prefers shaving all the time.

Hey, that sounds cool. I'm going to have to see if I can find some. I know my wife would like it & I'd give it a try too. I don't think my wife would go for the cup thing, though.

It's made by Noxzema. I think they are the only one's who make it. I usually buy it at Walmart or Shoprite.

very interesting, something really different,

you guys dont use electric, i tell you i got one and have never gone back,

some of you have probably tried electric, and it gives you razor burn on your neck, well theres 2 reasons, either you didnt give you face 2 o 3 weeks to adjust, or you are using a cheap electric razor from walmart or target, you need to get a better one, i got mine from costco for like 70 bucks, and its amazing, you really should try it,

i shave on the way to work in the care, its great, i save 10 mins in th morning,

Hahaha, hilarious.
Seeing the models expression while thinking of her having "been around the block" made my morning.

Incidentally this looks to be dual-purpose.
Can be used by men to reduce the mess of nocturnal emissions.

the cup goes up against your cervix and sits there snuggly. There is little danger of it "running out" of the sides due to how and where its inserted. Much the same way a tampon won't slide out or disappear inside you.

i believe he was pretending as if you were offering him some vagina and he politely (tongue in cheek..lol!) declined.

diva cups are great! i tell everyone about them! and, no, you really can't feel it. and, - no more tampons! no more running out, or forgetting them, etc. etc. etc. and if you have a septic system? even better!

When I was a kid, hoohoo was slang for penis.
