I was playing in my darkroom testing my new Leitz enlarger, I enlarged this image to 4x5in, scanned it and cloned out some dust and scratches, noiseninja to smooth filmgrain and resise and save.
just wondering what people think about this type of process, not straight from digital camera :)

| Nothing wrong with scanning a photo and using PS on it. Of course, you couldn't enter it in a challenge, but it could look great in your portfolio or on your wall! |

thanks for the comments.
the pole oh the right in the image is the pole coming up through the horse on the carousell she's riding, the DOF is just so shallow it is completely oof even if it's only 4-5 in from her face

I think it's great that people still do darkroom printing. I fear it will soon be a lost craft.
This is a lovely photo. Her expression is so sweet. Very nice tonal ranges in the black and white. |
