I am curious, what is the unit of measure used for the exposure value in ACR?
I.e. If I dial in +0.30 what did I just add and how much did I add? Is this a logarithmic value similar to negative transmissive density or print reflective density?

I'm nearly sure it is f-stops, so yes, it is a log scale (base 2).

Do you think this is a log scale of f-stop where +1.00 is adding a stop of exposure or is +0.30 adding a stop?

I believe that +1.00 is + 1 stop, etc., so every unit is a factor of two.
