HI,
Well I finally managed my 5+! Yahoo..

//www.dpchallenge.com/image.php?IMAGE_ID=30167

Of course since then it's been down hill all the way.

Am I upset. NO..

why,, because w/ each challenge I've learned another technique w/ my camera.

Which is why I'm here subjecting myself to the ample and very inexpensive public humiliation y'all provide on a daily basis.

Thank you to everyone that has left comments on the various images I really do appreciate the input.

Yes, you display a quite good attitude. Keep it up.

I went to your web page and you are a quite talented individual. You should write a little about yourself in your bio. It may lead others to punch the link to your web page.

Good luck and keep shooting!

Thanks....
It's a labour of love, as is most art.

My justification for the expense of my current camera was to be able to do my own product photography, eventually.

I still have a long way to go! But I think I'm heading in the right direction, I'm pretty pleased w/ the detail and colour I managed in the fill the frame shot.

Now if only I had done as well w/ "right angles" oh well.

I'll take your suggestion and put up a teaser bio on the profile page.

Hey ssslickk:

Screw photography! I checked out your website, and um, well, I don't know what to say. I was awed. Simply amazing stuff.

Hey, Thanks..

I've done some B&W film before for fun.. still dust off my old Pentax now and then and head off to cemeteries...

But I need to be able to product shot's on the fly. Can't afford a pro to do it for me as I make things.
So,,,, it's fun and a good skill to have.

I appreciate the compliments.. makes feel better about doing such lousy images!
