SURVIVOR PANAMA at CBS

It's a weekly event in my house. A time for family to gather, speculate, debate, and be entertained by the best show ever!

Who will win this season???

I like the idea of having four tribes this year. It makes it more difficult for people to fly under the radar. I'm rooting for the hot-chicks-tribe.

I think they are going to merge the tribes ALREADY tonight! Last week they showed a preview and Cherie (who should have never applied for Survivor if she hates leaves that much!) was saying that a certain guy (can't remmeber his name) wanted to quit. He was on the older men's tribe. How would she know he wanted to quit if they weren't on the same tribe? Also they said something about a twist, I bet they merge them already, which would be dumb. Why hype it all up about there being 4 tribes and then merge them so quickly?

I bet the immunity idol is on the barrel of water on Exile Island. Jeff told her she couldn't drink the water because it needed to be boiled and she didn't have fire. So why bother even opening the barrel? Thus, it is the best place to hide the idol.

Damn, I missed the previews last week, my DVR tends to cut off a bit early!

I said the exact same thing last week!

survivor time in my house is when everything stops. It is the usually the only time where we all sit together, discuss the show, (I drool at Jeff) and generally have a great night. I am dissapointed because it looks as though we are not getting the Panama show. We are only usually around 1 week behind you guys and I dont see it anywhere in site, nor have we had ads for it.
Hope it is a great one for you :)

How cool! So will you be trying out for Survivor?

That's pretty cool... we have, like, 3 degrees of separation between us, then! I'm a friend of Amber's.

ok, I admit it, I watch it too..Unfortunatley I only caught the last ten minutes last week, and I am off to job #2 right now, so I think I'll miss tonight, too...

I'll need you guys to help me make sense of the season periodically I think .
And being in the over 30 crowd, Ill be cheering for the old broads...
GOOOOO Old broads!!!!!!!!!! :))

I became addicted during Survivor Africa (having been born in Africa it was interesting to watch).

The old Broads have made a mistake by voting their strongest player off in my opinion. Should be exciting.

I admit I'm a Survivor addict too (hangs head in shame). My favorite is the guy (Shane I think) that decided that the best way to kick a 3 pack-a-day cigarette habit was going on Survivor. Yeah, good idea, so now not only is he's jonesing for a smoke but he's cold/hot, hungry, tired, sunburned, etc. This should be good.

I'm for the old girls too :)

i dont like cirie!!!!!

i liked the lumberjill the best and that stupid cirie sent her packing.
If she would quit whining and wasnt afraid of leaves i guess shw would be alright but i share the centiment "hello, do you know which show you applied for!"

I'm going to root for the older men (expect the dude that doesnt look like an older man), because the hot chicks are dumb. If you find a dead turle 1- it is not a good omen, turtles live for 70billion years, to find one dead is BAD - and if you do, don't draw hearts around it - use it to the best of your ability - this is survivor dont a stroll in the park!

i am a HUGE survivor addict. It is shameful.

Maybe the twist is they are going to take the 4 tribes old/young/men/women and mix them so that that there is an old woman and young woman an old man and a young man in each group.

Thats my theory.

My theory on the idol is that it is somewhere you can only access when the tide is out as in it is behind the water when the tide is high. The water barrel is a good one too though.

Hey, don't diss my hot-chicks! Danielle sells drugs, and Misty is an engineer. Hot scientist chicks, MEEEOW! Brings back memories of late nights in the mineralogy lab in university. Curses on the cleaning staffer that showed up at just the wrong moment, but the look on her face just before she b-lined back out the door was priceless! But I digress...

Episode Three(?) tonight. Everyone Stoked? So who's going to get the boot tonight?
02/16/2006 11:06:51 AM · #22
I was sorry to see them merge the tribes so soon. It was an interesting dynamic with 4 tribes but I guess logistically it was difficult to build all the challenges.

I'm routing for the little Asian guy. I don't remember his name.

Absolutely. She is an Australia addict now. Anything having anything to do with Australia she has. That includes kangaroo christmas ornaments... :)

Alanfreed - small world isn't it? :) I saw your pics a while back...

And Karen, no survivor for me. I'd end up first off or in jail for killing someone... ;)

We are rooting for the 'I'm afraid of leaves' woman to go. If she lasts I will have to rethink my viewership. I don't remember anyone else as annoying...

I would love to see nicotine man go tonight, but I don't think that's going to happen. He's 2nd on my all-time most hated Survivor list, right after Jerry, he quickly surpassed Brian the used car salesman. Unfortuntely I think he'll be around for a while, makes for good t.v. As for tonight, I think Dan's a goner, he already looks like he's been out there for months.
