I am new to DPC and it hasn't taken long for me to become addicted. I want to become a member, but I just have to wait and catch my hubby in the right mood! (He HATES to spend money!!) LOL I have been a camera addict for a long time. I just can't seem to leave the house without my beloved camera. (That really annoys my husband!) I want to be the best photographer that I can be, so I need to get some feedback on my photos. I welcome constructive criticism.

They are all great shots. I especially like 2 and 3.
2 with the feet gripping the leaf.
3 with it back legs and stickers (hair or what ever they are) on the leg.

I really can't criticise them - great shots. But ... why isn't the grasshopper running away!? I get within 10 metres of any fauna and it's running away from me as fast as possible. Then again I havn't showered in a while ...

Thanks, guys. This grasshopper was unbelievably mellow. He hung out in this bush outside my front door for a week or more. I have some better shots of him, but just haven't gotten them online yet. I took over 100!

I think they all turned out really nice, I have to say that 1 which is numberd 00 and 03 are my favorites, I really like the close up of his face and how you can see all the details on #1, and the detailed and the color of him on #3.

I like "....er03.jpg" the best. The background is great on this shot with the bright green bottom leaf and dark/neutral upper area. This really makes the great focus and lighting stand out well on this one. Great shots!

Very nice shots. I really like the color of the wings. A couple of them were very slightly out of focus, but still good.
