So are you saying you need something to organize the pictures you've taken for you?

I use ACDSee Pro for organizing all of my files.

Google it and check it out.

Mozilla Sunbird (works with the Mozilla Suite or Thunderbird e-mail client).

Since you didn't mention platform, I don't know if any of these are useful, but I doubt anyone else will post them:

Ximian Evolution.
KOrganizer for KDE.

Both are easy to synch with other devices (other machines, phones, PDAs etc) but probably aren't the best option on MicroSoft systems. They're pretty easy to use on BSD (including OSX) or GNU/Linux though.

There are also less friendly ones like ical.

Ecco Pro is a great Personal Info Manager. It's currently out of production, which means that you can get it free. There's an ongoing effort to make it into Open Source.

I've been using it for around 10 years. It's never been upgraded in that time and it's never needed to. (It's a 32 bit windows app already.)

Get it for Free Here

I like the calendering function on My Yahoo.

If you are on a Mac. The calandar works nicely. You can even have it email you reminders of dates. I am not sure, but you may also be able to upload from another device

Personally use two systems, at work Lotus notes and at home and my preference Microsoft outlook. I also really liked Groupwise when I had that.
