I'm just a little curious if many of you have submitted a photo of someone famous and submitted it for a challenge ? How did it go ?

Sure, but she wasn´t AS famous when I posted the shot in this challenge, she was only known here in Iceland.

Did pretty well too, I was very happy with it, especially all the favorites.

I think you should just do it :)

I took a picture of Michael Jordans gate outside his house for a magazine cover challenge (Retired Living). It didn't score well, but that was because it was just an awful shot.

This guy...., don't know who he is and did not enter him... ;-). But sure, if your famous person is more infamous than this guy, post with your hearts content. However if it is the Prez of you-know-where, it might not be such a good idea. If she is goodlooking and tastefully nude, well then you already have my vote.... kkkkk!

uhh, nope sure haven't ... but one pic might have made someone a bit infamous ... lmao.

Not for a Challenge but this one was posted on two threads and only got...mmmmmm maybe 12 views. No one seemed to care much about ole Matt Broderick.

Brad Pitt might be another story...?

I forgot all about shots I actually entered in a challenge:

LaDainian Tomlinson

it's rare to "bump" into well-known people AND have a camera handy. These weren't good enough or applied to any challenge when I took them though.

For the billboard challenge, I entered Frankie Avalon:

Carey Bell at the Mid Michigan Folk Festival this past summer. It was very cool that this occured right in the middle of the Live Music Challenge. This ended up being my second 4th place finish and my second best score ever.

Jon Bon Jovi finished in the middle of the pack. Granted, it was a little out of the box for the challenge...

This shot of Amber Brkich (of Survivor / The Amazing Race, etc.) did pretty well (16/90)

My pal Punxsutawney Phil didn't do very well at all. Incidentally, you may have seen a story about the guy in the background on CNN today!

Heh... no, if anything Phil has abused him repeatedly over the years, and he has the scars to prove it :)
