To my understanding the sb800 is a ittl flash when used with the proper batteries but to avoid it being triggered by other camera at lets say a event does it have more then one channel? Also lets lay your flash has a FP/guide number of 32 at iso 100 what is the flash range also is there a way to reverse that say if you only know the flash range?

Thank YOU!

it is iTTL flash when used with the proper Camera (D50/D70/D200/D2x)
though IF i understand the manual D50 & D70 Must stay on the same channel if they are masters
if you use the SB800 as a master it can have 2 other channels

the GN vs Lenses mm vs Iso is a chart in the manual
(Pg 42 of the manual) or
fstop=GN*'iso sensitivity factor' / (shooting distance m/ft)
where the iso | factors are
25 .5
50 .71
100 1
200 1.4
400 2
800 2.8
1600 4
