I just want some opinions on this shot. I'm putting together a portfolio to take around to a few restaurants around here. I was thinking of adding this one to it but wanted some input. Thanks!

Deviant doesn't like linkies. Copy the url of the forbidden page and paste it, and that worked for me.

As for the image, I feellike there's not enough foreground (I hate the missing foot) and the border is oppresive to my eyes.

I agree with Bear about the crop and the border. It also looks like it may show some signs of compression. Have you tried any other treatments on it? Just curious how it would look in B/W or duotone or with more color. It is currently a little on the drab side.

I'm not sure about the tone, I think the birds blend too much with the background. Also (impossible to fix) I think the picture loses something with all the birds looking out of the scene.

THanks all for your input. I was elsewhere today and took a bunch more of some other gulls. I'll post them later.
