i dont have photoshop :-( i have google picasa and paint...anybody know of a way to change the file size. my brother did it once but i can't figure it out. thanks

I believe there's an option in the image menu of paint to change the size, Attribute.

In Picasa it's 'Export picture to folder...' under the 'File' menu. You can resize in that dialog.
