Just as a suggestion, I think that a really good challenge topic would be Depression. Depressing photos in my opinion, are the most emotive. Does anyone else have any other good ideas?

Heres another one, "Odd"- something irregular or that youre not accustomed to seeing.

It's not every day you see a guy with a blue mohawk carrying a midget either. At least not in MY neighborhood. lol

Hmmm ... I'd have to say around here the odds are pretty even ... I wouldn't be surprised to see a guy with a blue mohawk sitting in a chair in the mud either ....

Might want to review the "Stranger In A Strange Land" challenge ....

Maybe we could call it "Out of Place", which could include things like a hairy back, too.

Pedro

ps. I think the PC term is 'little people'. Unless you're bowling with them.

Actually, I think that person has one form of dwarfism. Midgets are something different--small, but with all parts in usual proportions--kinda like Santa's elves are usually pictured.

I think you are right. Dwarves are smaller, but with almost regular size hands, and longer arms. Midgets are bigger, but with smaller hands and shorter arms. And Midgets often look really similar in facial structure, unlike dwarves.
