Hi Everybody,
I've seen beautiful pictures that there is a very beautiful star like glow (sparkle) near sources of light such as candles,...
Does anyone know how we can create such an effect in photoshop?
Thanks.

- like that?
That's from a smaller aperture and a longer exposure.

removed since it was asking about PS and I have no input on that. Sorry I missed that part of your question.

The guy wants to know how to do it in Photoshop ;)
The easiest way is to make a custom brush with the star shape u like. Make the shape from using the drawing tools or selecting from another image or whatever. Save that selection as a brush and there...
Just select that brush, color, whatever settings u want and paint away. Use it like a normal brush. |

To do it without PS, just place a screen (window) in front of the camera lens and shoot through it, this will do the same thing to lights |
