| I think that would be too much work for people. I need time to think for a while, and I know alot of other people do too. Besides, I don't have anything better to do that vote on 300+ photos, so I like it this way. :) |

We knew this topic would get lots of submissions, but we also knew that a lot of people would like it. We'll certainly take this high number of submissions into consideration for the future of the site.
Just a reminder, though... you only need to vote on 25% of the entries for your votes to count. If everyone votes on at least their first 25%, statistically, everyone should get about the same number of votes, and voting should be fair.

Hmm... I was thinking about that a while ago and sorta wondered if it would be really fair if everyone only voted on 25% of the photos. Everyone has a different voting method, and some people tend to vote higher on average than others. When I vote I try to be consistant in the way I vote for the whole challenge to be fair. but I guess with enough votes it would average out okay. I never came to a solid conclusion if the voting is ever even or not... but in theory it should work great. Maybe a voting scale to standardize voting though? |

Congrats (and because of the traffic also my condolences) to the creators of the site. Good to see the popularity is growing. Next stop is 400 ;-)
I gave up trying to vote on _every_ photo already some time ago. Last week was easy but this week it will be definitively be impossible. But I think that's something we just have to get used to.
A hint to everybody else: Don't be tempted to pick certain photos from the thumbnail overview but vote on the photos each by each. That way it all remains fair to everybody and the votes are distributed evenly.

just make sure you pick a random starting point each time you stop in to vote :o)

Everyone sees the images in a different order, so don't really matter where you start. Just keep on going down the line.
