wow!! what a neat site. Those QTVR movies are breathtaking.

WOW!! I saw this type of thing on TechTV a while ago. The company that builds the mounts / lenses and created the software is IPIX. Amazing stuff isn't it and all thanks to digital technology. Gotta love it.

That's awesome. Looks like a really good day weather-wise. I think that's K2 to the left of the ridgeline where the other climbers are.

Ahhh...you did the same I did and went to #17-18/2003.

I think (but am not sure) what was intended is a link to #17 in the 2002 list.

Sorry to correct you, but IPIX is a different procedure than what you see here, which can be obtained with QuickTime professional. The present VR's are not IPIX to my understanding. You can make your own QT-VR's from 360-panorama's (or any panorama for that matter). I have made a couple in the past, it needs some tweaking but in the end you just need a digital camera, a tripod, software and endurance.
