I would like to know how you remove your spywares, which programs do you use in preference a free one...
Or what do you do to not get these things on to your computer. Thanks in advance.

Get yourself a copy (free) of Ad-Aware. I bought the pro version and run it every couple of days.

Ad aware is OK. The best that I have found is HiJack This! I can't remember where to download it. But if you want it, just let me know and I can email it to you. It does a great job, but there is one setback. You have to be pretty computer savvy so that you don't make unwanted changes to your system when it runs. It won't change anything without asking you, but if you have changed stuff, like automated startup options on programs, internet settings, etc, it will recommend that they be done away with also. But you can pick and choose what you want to get rid of, and what you want to remain the same.

I also use Spyware and Adaware. I run them both. What one doesn't catch, the other does. Both are free and very good.

Hijack this is a great program, but you should post a hijack this (HJT) log over at short-media (im my above post) to get feed back on what to fix. If you fix something that should not be fixed, it can mess up your system

HJT is just one of many programs you need to clear out your system of spyware, adware, malware and such.

also over at short media there is a link to a reg file called spyware shooter (only get it from the link at short media) this will help prevent nasties from getting onto your system. Again this is just one of many tools needed to keep and maintain a clean system

Microsoft AntiSpyware is also pretty good at cleaning the crap from your machine.

If you can't get the stuff off using that, Spybot and Adaware, you might as well take it to a professional or just reimage your machine.
