I am pleased with my Panasonic FZ20, despite thinking that spending the extra on DSLR would have been a better long term investment...

Then today I have been offered a Canon EOS D60 body for $500 from my brother in law!

I know that it is a 'previous generation' DSLR, but I believe that it was a high end semi pro model when it was released.

What do you guys think? Go for it or wait and buy a new entrly level DSLR like a D50 or Rebel at a later date...
