I've read the forums off and on since I joined up and never found the fabulous section on Mentoring contained in the "Out and About" Forum.
It would be a great service to the users to have Mentoring as a higher level category in the forums.

If the mentoring category continues as vigorously as it has started (I hope it does!) then it may well deserve its own category. We're taking a wait-and-see attitude right now.
