I could have swore I heard something about an attatchment that would allow nikon lenses to mount on canon camera's. Am I trippin or does this actually exist? |

What do you lose with this converter? I'm assuming you don't retain all the functions of the Nikon lens (AF, Nikon's equivalent of IS, etc.).

I don't know, I've never used one. I know the good news is that nikon lenses mount a bit further from the image plane than canon lenses do, so this nikon-to-canon cnoverter achieves the full focusing range without any supplementary glass. It doesn't look like it has any electronic coupling, so I'd assume you'd be using the lens in full manual mode.
