First can you either post tumbnails or links
Second did you check your settings on the camera to check if some wierd setting is on
outherwise i would say it looks like maybe the cleaning soultion
ive seen stuff like that on my camera but it was on the LCD and didnt appear on the files when i put them on my computer

I can't believe they sent the camera back to you like this?!? What the hell did they use to clean the sensor, Comet?

I have had the same exact problem, this happend because the "swab" either scratch the sensor or because it left deposits. |

reminds me of a photo shot at like 256 colors or less, not sure if that is even possible on your camera but as liv4him330 said, double check your settings.

It was not the sensor, it was the motherboard. |
