Didn't know what to put for the forum title.

I thought I would copy what kiwiness is so good at doing.

I had the hardest time with the erase tool around my leg where it meets the other leg. Is there another tool I could use?

Used my wireless remote and took 4 different shots. I then copied and pasted each one to one shot..making 4 different layers. Using the erase tool I erased all where each of me was standing. Oh yeah, I used a tripod. :-)

If you extracted yourself from each shot then dropped it into the original as a seperate layer, you shouldn't have had to erase anything as the layer with your leg (standing) would be behind the layer with your leg (laying on grass). Unless the shot where you are lying down is the one you dropped all the others into. In that case you simply could have duplicated the background layer and moved it into the proper order and turning off the background layer. You are using PS, right?

Unless I'm not getting something (it's been known to happen). Anyway, very nice composite. I like it, it is certainly better than anything I have done lately.

I just recieved CS2 so it is all new to me. I am trying to figure it all out. Yes I was standing behind me laying down.

I did have 4 different layers. How do I extract myself out of the a picture?

the hardest way is to use the extraction tool. I don't like this tool personally.

the way more easier way is to learn how to do mattes, especially for the edges of your image, and the detail like hair.

Very cool Sonja...it's a lot of fun isn't it? Not too awful hard either.

Here's my multi personalities (done with Digital Image Pro and 4 shots)...I slapped it on a front page of our intranet at work to explain how one person can get so much done.

Great photos, I've attempted this myself:

and your's turned out great. If you keep experimenting, you can do really cool images with this technique.

Hmm, I'm getting inspired by this thread. I don't have a remote, but I do have a ten second timer. I wonder if I can push the release on my P&S without moving the camera too much to do one of these. The question is, what naughtiness will I shoot.... I'm getting a title in head... "Menage a Slippy"! :-D
