I believe lots of ppl from here use the lowepro bags.
I have just bought one, the Nova 2. I want to know your opinions on this.

It's the black version of this very same carrying system.

I have a Nova 2AW. Great bag, but it's too short to hold a 70-200 lens, so I got a slightly larger
Tamrac Velocity 7.

I have a lowepro trekker bag and it works well for 10D with 75-300mm, 100mm, 50mm, 17-40mm

So I guess it won't be a problem for now, cz the longest lens I have is a 18-125. Not long at all hehe.
It's just for the 350D body, with the sigma attached, the kit lens and the 580ex flash, and some other stuff (wallet, and blah blah blah).
tought it was pretty cheap, 78 dollars.

I have a Lowepro backpak. It holds my 300D, kit lense, 50mm f/1.8, 70-300mm w/ macro lense and still has room to fit my digital camcorder, my wife's digital camera, plenty of CF cards and digital cassettes.

I got a Tamrac Adventure 75 Digital/Photo Backpack recently for my birthday and it's one huge bag. I don't have a dSLR yet so the bag itself is much too big for my current needs.

I like that these backpacks have dividers and pockets for organizing your toys. Padding on it makes it extremely heavy.

i got one, ive had it for almost a year now and its starting to tear on the straps, mines bigger than that one, but it cant hold my 20d with the 70-200 attached and a flash and 24-70 without pressure against other things in the bag

I've got the Nova 3 AW. It's a good general purpose bag, a little cumbersome for photojournalism but good for anything else. Also too small to hold a 70-200 lens, but holds the body + 4 smaller lenses + flash nicely. The AW part has come in handy several times.

Well, only about 20 hours ago, I bought a Lowepro Microtrekker 100, along with a 70-200mm lens that was in an incredible sale. The store had a whole bunch of lenses on sale for 5000yen (what, $US50-60?) so I went there as soon as I find out about it.
I haven't been out and about with the bag yet. It's just a little backpack, but it holds everything.

I got the computrecker so I could carry the 10D 3 or 4 lenses, flash, filtersm laptop and power leads. Its great.

My problem now is I've been given a 17" screen Dell Inspiron 9300 laptop, which is too big for the Lowepro.

Wow, I had no idea people were so into Lowepro. I used to have one, but a friend showed me another brand, and I got hooked on it and sold my Lowepro. The bag that I have now is a Crumpler 15 Love. Here's a link to the site. Please don't be scared by the frontpage, it really is the right site.

Crumpler Bags

Yeah, their weird. But I could run a truck over the bag, and it would be fine. Plus they come in fun colors and have hidden compartments everywhere. Go out and buy one today!

I recently bought a LowePro Rover Plus AW, mainly for it's ability to hold a large tripod comfortably, but also because if its nice blend between daypack and camera bag. It's a bit big for short trips, but very well made, and perfect for a day hike. I use a Tamron System 6 shoulder bag for less adventurous trips.

I have the Lowepro Off-trail 2.

LowePro Off-Trail

The advantage is that you can keep your 70-200mm lens on the camera, and stowe it, without taking the pack off your waist. Also room in the side compartments for two more zoom lenses, or more, by stacking shorter lenses.

It has a great shoulder strap, and a great belt strap. The only issue is that it's quite tall, so it's a bit larger than I would typically like hanging from my waist. But to me, the same issue is true of the lenses themselves. I find carrying around a full-size zoom (70-200) is more than I want to carry!

So if anyone's interested, I may sell this when I sell my 70-200. It's only 6 months old and in perfect shape.

I have two bags.. I have the lowepro stealt reporter 400 (and I use it most of the time). It's a great bag.

I like backpacks better myself, and so i got the AW Trekker II, which i love very much. Not too fond of 'shoulder' bags, really. Get in the way and they get heavy on 'one' side.

I have 3 bags; a 25 year old Lowe Pro 35, a LowePro Stealth Reporter 200 and a Stealth Reporter 650. I really like both of my Stealth Reporter bags and can't recommend them enough.

I used to have a Computrekker too, but I got rid of it. I found that I simply hated trying to work out of a bag that was impossible to access without setting down.
