I just got a ball head for use on my monopod. But I screwed up and ordered a head designed to mount on 3/8", but my monopod is 1/4".
I noticed B&H has a few 1/4" to 3/8" adapters for lighting equipment. Would one of these work so I could still use this head? I'd hate to have to send it back....

I think this is a really inexpensive one. I had to get one for my monopod as well
