We're looking to add 1-3 new people to the Site Council if anyone is interested in lending a helping hand. Send us a short letter letting us know why you think you'd be right for the ~job. You don't have to be a member to apply.

Use sitecouncil[at]dpchallenge.com or the Contact Us page.

Thanks!

Hours -- 24/7

Responsibilities -- yea. those.

Benefits -- um. you get chewed out in the forums a lot.

Salary -- The pay cannot be described (though BradP did a close job).

:-) Just kidding, it is actually pretty much fun, most of the time.

Does that mean 60% of the time it's fun all the time? :)

Hmmm, I might negotiate for almonds. Maybe. But not marzipan. I don't like marzipan.

Almonds is less than peanuts? I don't think SO. But I'll work for marzipan regardless, I love the stuff. Hat in the ring. Bring on the marzipan!

I nominate bear_music...he already is on here a lot, already answers lots of questions, knows photography inside and out, and seems quite level-headed.

In my opinion, Robt's a good candidate, unless, of course, he's averse to the idea.

Damnit...he beat me to it!!!

Hmmmm...

Clara doesn't like marzipan, yet it's made most of almonds.
Robert will work for marzipan.

This place is nuts!

JodieCosten, along with EddyG, is missing from the SC line-up. Our loss.

bear_music is the man... no doubt!

I think BradP and bear music would be excellent choices.

Personally I think a good candidate should be able to spell his own name right - (Robt) - - j/k

I second the motion though.

The Site Council, in so many words, helps us validate and disqualify challenge images, manage the forums, and discuss new features, old features, and the direction that the site is heading in ad naseum. ;) There is no pay, however you get free membership as long your on the SC and I think they have 100 MB for portfolio space.
